The kids got some good rest yesterday and they are now ready to discover one of the seven natural wonders of the world. After an hour drive from our Airbnb, we arrived at the park entrance. Surprisingly, the park was not very busy. The weather was perfect and the views were out of this world. Grand Canyon National Park encompasses 277 miles (446 km) of the Colorado River and adjacent uplands. The park is home to much of the immense Grand Canyon; a mile (1.6 km) deep, and up to 18 miles (29 km) wide. We really appreciate the opportunity we have to discover such places with our kids.
