This was the first time we stayed at the same place for more than one night. We finally could enjoy the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains and waterfalls in South Carolina and also in North Carolina, which was just a 20-minute drive away. The leaves took their amazing fall colors and the weather was extremely mild. Perfect for enjoying small trails in the forest with kids.
