Today we have decided to check out Cannon Beach in Oregon and drive about one hour and a half to finally see the Pacific Ocean! The town is very particular and pretty with all these wooden “scales” facades typical from the Pacific Northwest. We walked on the beach to the 235 feet tall Haystack Rock. We then drove to the Ecola State Park to have a picnic. The road through the forest was amazing and so green. It was out of this World. When we arrived to the picnic area, the view was breathtaking. We left Cannon Beach at around 4pm and drove back to our Airbnb. Tomorrow we’ll try to check out Portland.
